
Michael Barczak
Michael is a customer-centric executive with 35 years across automotive and manufacturing, the last 12 applied to software products, licensing, SaaS, and digital services. He builds executive relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, semiconductor companies, mobility providers, commercial vehicle makers, and agricultural equipment manufacturers, and has a long record of negotiating and closing large, complex deals.
In connected vehicles and new mobility, he served as VP & Head of Automotive, Americas at DXC/Luxoft, leading software engineering services for OEMs across software-defined vehicle and connected platform programs. At Amazon Web Services he was the Global Account Lead for General Motors, covering cloud and connected vehicle services, and at HERE Technologies he led client and partner relationships for location data and mapping with OEMs and Tier 1s.
On the automaker and supplier side, Michael has built executive relationships across General Motors, Ford, and Stellantis spanning software, connected services, and manufacturing programs. He was VP & GM of an international business unit at Collins & Aikman, GM & Chief Engineer at American Sunroof Company, and VP of Product Management at Noble Metals.
At AMA, Michael helps clients grow connected services revenue, advance ADAS feature development, and structure strategic and partner alliances — bringing value-based and solutions selling, platform and software-as-a-service commercialization, and market intelligence across OEMs, commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment, and fleet management to every engagement.

George has spent three decades inside the automotive industry, with leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Cars, Verizon Telematics, IBM, and a connected-car start-up. He founded AutoMobility Advisors in 2021 to help technology companies scale into Automakers, Tier 1 suppliers, enterprise fleets, EV makers, and the wider mobility ecosystem.

Dan brings more than 30 years across Ford and Nissan, where he most recently led the Connected Vehicles program for North America. He is a market intelligence expert and a practitioner of Six Sigma applied to transactional business processes, now working with AMA clients on strategy, forecasting, and connected services.

Chip Goetzinger
Solutions Director
Chip studied computer science at MIT and earned his MBA at Kellogg before co-founding and growing Nissan's connected services organization from 3 people to more than 60. He later led Product and PMO at SXM Connected Vehicle, and now helps AMA clients deliver complex connected-car programs end to end.
