Chip Goetzinger

Chip studied computer science at MIT and earned his MBA at Kellogg before co-founding and growing Nissan's Vehicle Connected Services organization from three people to more than sixty as founding member and Deputy GM of Technology, covering requirements, architecture, program management, and quality assurance.

He later served as VP & GM of Connected Vehicle Services at SiriusXM, leading Strategy, Connected Product, PMO, and Agile — building the program governance behind some of the industry's largest connected-vehicle deployments — with earlier Silicon Valley roles at Oracle and Auguri and a Board of Advisors seat at Vinli.

His entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial experience spans start-ups, Tier 1 suppliers, technology companies, and automotive OEMs, where he has set strategies, developed short- and mid-term roadmaps, product plans, and budgets, and overseen technical delivery of dozens of generations of connected services.

At AMA, Chip helps clients deliver complex connected-car programs end to end — telematics, eCommerce, EV services, data monetization, Mobility-as-a-Service, and voice-assistant skills — from product definition and architecture through supplier sourcing, agile development, launch, and post-launch operations.
