Kap Shah
Kap began his automotive career in experiential marketing at AMCI while working as a mechanical engineer. After earning his MBA he moved through Audi of America, Edmunds, TrueCar, J.D. Power, Autonomy, and several FinTech and data-analytics start-ups, building fluency across most functions a client team needs.
Most recently he was Head of Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics at Autonomy; before that he led PMO, business development, and new-product ideation at AutoGravity, and ran Retail Industry Advisory and incentive-planning modeling at J.D. Power, where he advised OEMs and finance companies on go-to-market analytics.
His OEM analytics work spans private targeted offers and audience targeting for Mercedes-Benz and Nissan, and retail sales / share analysis and incentive-planning elasticity modeling for Nissan, INFINITI, Mitsubishi, Honda, Acura, and Mazda across a range of segments and price points.
At AMA, Kap brings that cross-functional range — product, marketing, analytics, and partnerships — to client engagements, with specialties in insights, data visualization, vehicle valuation modeling, retail sales analysis, KPI development, price-elasticity advisory, and strategic partnerships.
